This is Culinary Dots. It’s a confectionery shop in the lovely streets of Berlin and is the home of the brilliant people I was talking about.
They make, get this, RAW VEGAN CAKES!
Juliana is the owner of Culinary Dots and is the genius behind these colorful beauties. She makes these incredible cakes with only raw and vegan ingredients.
Everything is made by hand and intricately designed to make her raw vegan cakes look realistic.
Her vegan cakes are baked or refrigerated but everything else that goes on top of it are raw, lactose free, gluten free and free from added sugar.
I love how dainty and elegant her cakes look. Culinary Dots offer catering services and accepts orders for wedding cakes. I can just imagine one of these cakes on my wedding!
Juliana also shares some of her recipes on her website so her followers can give her raw vegan cakes a go at home! I’m a decent baker myself but I would probably mess up the decorating part.
