Movie Night Snacks to Serve Your Ladies on Your Next Chick-Flick-A-Thon!
I love movie nights with my friends. The greatest part about is are the movie night snacks. Well, being comfy and spending time with my gals may be the best part but I still love the snacks!
I’m not the type to enjoy the same things every time. I prefer to have choices in drinks and munchies.
Then again, I never get tired of ketchup flavored chips or Ruffles’ Cheddar and Sour Cream flavor.
Anyway, today we bring you some of our favorite movie night snacks. We’ll bring you the best of all worlds – salty, sweet, spicy and tipsy!
Check ’em out!
Sweet ‘N Salty Popcorn

Popcorn is the ultimate movie time snack. What makes it even better? Try adding a handful of M&Ms, some slightly salted roasted cashews or shelled pistachios, some gummy worms or Swedish Fish and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.
You can even add salted pretzels if that tickles your fancy!
Lasagna Bites

If you want something a bit heavier but delicate to the palate, lasagna bites are so perfect for that!
You can add some mozzarella cheese in it to make it cheesier! Grab the recipe here.
Stuffed Garlic Knots

Cheese and garlic has always been such a great combination. Dip this marinara sauce or some salsa and you’re set! Your ladies will surely love this. Might want to prep some breath mints with this though.

Jalapeno Shrimp Nachos

Here’s something that’s filling and I love making this even if it’s just me doing a movie marathon. The chewy texture of perfectly cooked shrimp and the spiciness of the jalapenos is divine!
I sometimes add Greek yogurt of sour cream to even out the taste.

Jamaican Rum Punch

What are movie night snacks without something to chase them down?
Personally, I prefer a below-zero Heineken over any other alcoholic drink but I like getting fruity with my gal pals. There’s no harm in putting just the right amount of alcohol to sweeten the night.
One tip, don’t serve hard liquor if you actually want to finish the movie! See the recipe here.
Mint Mudslides
How about something chocolaty and minty to accompany your spicy and salty movie night snacks?
Try this minty mudslide. Trust me. It’s awesome!

Shark Bite Cocktail

Here’s something to hype up the night! Pair your movie night snack with this sweet, tangy and spiced concoction.
It’s something unique and prettily colored which is what most ladies look for in their cocktails. Hahaha!
