Why yes, yes it can. This amazing and lovely Gypsy Patchwork Jacket by Jayli needs to be hanging in my closet. Honestly, it told me so. Yes, my closet speaks to me, and with great advice. Last night it told me this garment would be a perfect addition to my long jacket collection and obsession.
Seriously, who wouldn’t want this gem of a gypsy jacket as part of their wardrobe? There are so many wonderful things going on with this jacket and let’s be honest, it can absolutely make the outfit.
Even though the material is more suited for spring and summer, you could still easily wear it underneath a heavier coat in the winter and fall. A wondrous jacket that keeps you warm indoors during fall and winter and perfect to keep the evening chill away in summer and spring.
About The Design :
A beautiful patchwork design made from up cycled/recycled material. Which translates to a no waste approach that is environmentally minded. The bell sleeves are a stunning design element and we love how each one is made of different material. The ruffle along the bottom gives the jacket a lovely, full, moving form. The mocha colored over dye creates a warm, vintage feel.
Great Ways To Wear It:
There are so many ways you can have fun wearing this jacket. You can wear it over jeans, leggings or shorts paired with a solid cowl neck, a tank top or a turtleneck depending on the season. It would look fabulous over a short dress with some killer knee-high or cowboy boots. We love the way they wore it with a cute bohemian hat too.
