I love dinner parties. The entire process is fun – from preparing the ingredients, cooking, eating and mingling together. The conversation over great food is always the highlight for me.
Dinner parties are a norm for me and I just love serving oven baked vegan recipes. It’s a great way to eat healthy but still enjoy every single bite.
I’ve tried many recipes and found which ones work and which ones become a huge mound of left-over. Yes, I do take my Pinterest pins seriously. I try most of them to see which ones I keep for good!
That being said, here are my favorite oven baked vegan recipes you could try!
Oven Baked Vegan Recipes For Dinner Parties
I love how simple yet delectably good this recipe is. You simply slice beet root thinly, drizzle some olive oil on top and season it with celery salt. Beet root is already naturally sweet and the contrast with the celery salt is delightful.

The baked flavor you get on your rice and the earthiness of the mushrooms make up a great combination of carbs and fiber.

Oven Baked Buffalo Cauliflower
Crisp with the right amount of kick – that’s what you’ll get from this recipe. This is probably one of my favorite oven baked vegan recipes because of the spicy element.

Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
This is a staple appetizer to me. I usually serve this because it’s easy to throw together and tastes awesome! See the full recipe here.
Garlicky Roasted Mushrooms
Yet another one of the simplest oven baked vegan dishes on this list. I personally love mushrooms to the point that I’m okay eating them everyday. Perfect combination for me? Garlic and mushroom. Grab the recipe here.
Maple Brussels Sprout with Cranberries
Many don’t like the taste of Brussels Sprouts. I happen to love them! And though I am not a big fan of cranberries, the sweet and tart combo it has with the maple surprisingly works for me!

Spinach and Goat Cheese Croquettes
Many vegans stay away from cheese but there are some who are okay with dairy products since it doesn’t involve the death of an animal. My vegan friends absolutely loves these!

Of course, a dinner party isn’t really exciting for me if there isn’t a single meat dish. I usually prepare about two meat dishes that are also healthy and just widen the dinner spread with more oven baked vegan recipes for sides.
Try these and maybe you’ll love them as much as I do!
