Experts say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I say it’s the best meal of the day. There’s something about breakfast foods that has gotten my favor. I always told my dad that if I could eat breakfast three times a day, I would be very happy.
I think what I really like about it is the combination of perfectly cooked eggs with savory kinds of meat. I also love how free you can be with your choices and how familiar they taste.
It feels a lot like home to me. But, let’s face it. Not all breakfast foods are good for the health. Not to worry though, there are plenty of easy vegan breakfast recipes nowadays you wouldn’t have enough mornings to try all of them!
