What’s a meal without dessert to cap it off? I, for one, am not satisfied without desserts but then again that’s more weight on the scale.
It’s a good thing that there are healthier options even when it comes to desserts! There are refined sugar free desserts good for diabetics. There are dairy-free ones for the lactose intolerant. And fat free ones for those who are trying to lose extra weight but can’t resist the goodness of sweet desserts!
There are so many to choose from but I figured we can focus on one kind that even master chefs still love to serve to their customers. And, it just so happens this is my favorite.
